On January 19, 2010, a meeting was held with the Head of International Organization for Migration Mission in Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On January 19, 2010, Ali Alizade, Head of Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, met with Vasiliy Yuzhanin, Head of International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Azerbaijan, in the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Martin Lenk, newly appointed head of IOM Office in Nakhchivan, Lucie Dupertuis, former head of IOM Office in Nakhchivan, and Arzu Musayev, project coordinator, participated in the meeting. The objective of meeting was to introduce Martin Lenk, newly appointed head of IOM Office in Nakhchivan, with the department and the head of department.

Greeting the head of IOM Mission in Azerbaijan and the colleagues of IOM Office in Nakhchivan, the head of department congratulated Martin Lenk for the appointment as the head of IOM Office in Nakhchivan, talked about the activities of that Office and Lucie Dupertuis, former head of Office. Ali Alizade wished successes to Martin Lenk in his future works.

Expressing his gratitude to the leadership of the autonomous republic for supporting projects carried out by IOM, Vasiliy Yuzhanin also noted the role of the Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the works of IOM Office in Nakhchivan. V.Yujanin thanked to the head of department for the meeting and facilitation of their work.
