On 12 September 2018, Mr. Vusal Alakbarli, Head of Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic received Mr. Aytach Ozkutuk vice-consul of Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on the occasion of the end of his tenure in Nakhchivan.
