On 24 September 2019, Mr. Vasif Talibov, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic met with Zurab Pataradze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Georgia to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Chairman of the Supreme Assembly welcomed the Ambassador and noted that the Azerbaijani-Georgian relations are developing in several directions. Speaking about the role of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in the bilateral relations, the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly assesed it as a result of fruitful cooperation.

Zurab Pataradze thanked for the warm hospitality and spoke about the development of Georgian-Azerbaijani relations. Noting that bilateral relations are based on the principles of friendship and brotherhood, the ambassador mentioned that they attach great importance to the development of relations with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The issues of mutual interest were discussed and a memorial photo was taken at the meeting.
