On 21 November 2019, Mr. Vasif Talibov, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic met with Mrs. Go Min, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Sincerely welcoming the guest, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly expressed his satisfaction over meeting her in Nakhchivan. Giving brief information about the territory, population and development of the Autonomous Republic, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly attached attention to the relationship between the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and the People's Republic of China. Chairman of the Supreme Assembly made remarks on the cooperation with Chinese companies in the field of automobile production and the introduction of new technologies and extended his considerations to Chinese Government for the support to development of agriculture in the autonomous republic.

Thanking for warm hospitality, Mrs. Go Min expressed her satisfaction over being in Nakhchivan – homeland of national leader of Azerbaijani people Haydar Aliyev. Noting that her country attaches great importance to the development of relations with Nakhchivan having ancient history and rich culture, the ambassador stressed the importance of expanding existing cooperation.
